We know how much our customers look forward to their driving experiences and our terms of business have been carefully written to ensure that there are no misunderstandings that could detract from your enjoyment.

Terms and Conditions
Validity of Vouchers
Open dated vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. The issue or expiry date will be detailed on the voucher. Vouchers may be exchanged (while valid) for an alternative driverskills course. The validity of a voucher ( the booked date of the course) cannot be extended beyond twelve months from the date of purchase.
Venues
Driverskills limited operate at Elvington Airfield in North Yorkshire . This is the sole venue for all public contract courses. Alternative locations are available for corporate clients but these must be booked exclusively.
Restrictions - Drivers
Each driver must sign a driverskills limited disclaimer before participating in any of our courses or experiences.
Descriptions
The information on each driverskills LTD course detailed in our brochures vouchers or on our website is correct at the time of print. However, the content or format of a course may change without notification.
Cancellations
Cancellations of bookings will be accepted at the sole discretion of driverskills limited. Once your booking is made, you will incur cancellation charges if you cannot attend. If you cancell your booked course less than 14 days from the date of your course you will loose your booking completely. If driverskills limited need to cancel a course or day due to reasons out of their control they will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to offer you a convenient alternative day on which to attend.
Payment
Payment for a course is due in full at the time of purchase. Course upgrades can be paid for by the recipient at the time of voucher redemption. All major credit cards are accepted. Alternatively, you can pay by cheque or through our website.
Vehicles
Where specific vehicles are featured, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions on the day.
On the Day
If you have a problem or complaint on the day please bring it to the attention of the chief instructor on the day so that he has an opportunity to put matters right. It is generally considered unreasonable to take no action during the event but then write a letter of complaint at a later date. Driverskills LTD has no responsibility for property or personal effects left at the event.
Invoicing
All invoices have payment terms of not more than thirty days. Specific payment terms can be negotiated dependant on the size and time duration of the contract .
Refunds
Driverskills LTD are happy to make refunds on un-booked experiences within 7 days of purchase minus a 10% administration charge (being a minimum charge of £25 and a maximum charge of £50). After 7 days no refund will be available. An alternative named driver can be submitted, but a £25 admin charge will be applicable and the same time scale applies as re booking time scales.
