Driverskills.com Terms and Conditions of BusinessDriverSkills Limited are committed to ensuring that all its customers enjoy driving experiences of the highest quality which are safe, exciting and value for money. Whether a novice driver or experienced professional, we want you to feel welcome at each of our venues and to enjoy expert tuition from professional instructors in the best vehicles and in pleasant surroundings. We know how much our customers look forward to their driving experiences and our terms of business have been carefully written to ensure that there are no misunderstandings that could detract from your enjoyment. Validity of VouchersAll vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. The issue or expiry date will be detailed on the voucher. Vouchers may be exchanged (while valid) for an alternative DriverSkills course. The validity of a voucher (the booked date of the course) cannot be extended beyond twelve months from the date of purchase. VenuesDriverSkills Limited operate at Elvington Airfield in North Yorkshire for all Track Based Courses. On Road Advanced Driving Courses can be carried out throughout the UK. Restrictions - DriversEach driver must sign a DriverSkills Limited disclaimer before participating in any of our courses or experiences. There is no minimum age limit for taking part in the track courses but DriverSkills and its representitives withhold the right to refuse to let anyone drive who they deem to be unsafe. Descriptions
CancellationsCancellations of bookings will be accepted at the sole discretion of DriverSkills Limited. Once your booking is made you will incur cancellation charges if you cannot attend. Once you have booked your date we reserve your car, instructor and circuit time. If you then choose to cancel you will be in breach of contract and we reserve the right to retain all monies paid. If DriverSkills Limited need to cancel a course or day due to reasons out of their control they will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to offer you a convenient alternative day on which to attend. Payment (Members of the Public)Payment for a course is due in full at the time of purchase. Course upgrades can be paid for by the recipient at the time of voucher redemption. All major credit cards are accepted. Alternatively you can pay by cheque or through our website. VehiclesWhere specific vehicles are featured we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions on the day. On the DayIf you have a problem or complaint on the day please bring it to the attention of the Chief Instructor (where available) on the day so that he has an opportunity to put matters right. It is generally considered unreasonable to take no action during the event but then write a letter of complaint at a later date. DriverSkills Limited has no responsibility for property or personal effects left at the event. Invoicing (Corporate Clients)All invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date, or before the training commences, whichever is soonest. However in certain circumstances specific payment terms can be negotiated dependant on the size and time duration of the contract. This will be confirmed in writing by a member of our team. RefundsDriverSkills Limited are happy to make refunds on un-booked experiences within 7 days of purchase minus a 10% administration charge (being a minimum charge of £25 and a maximum charge of £50). After 7 days no refund will be available. An alternative named driver can however be submitted, but a £25 admin charge will be applicable and the same time scale applies as re booking time scales. |
